The way that Girl's mental illness is structured in canon is not necessarily attributed to any particular mental illness and isn't meant to be a diagnosis tool. Though her symptoms do generally fall under a few diagnoses that are considered likely canon by the fanbase.
Schizophrenia: Has audio and visual hallucinations, is generally disconnected from reality and does not view reality the same as others, has strong beliefs that others typically do not hold.
Social Anxiety Disorder: Fear of social situations, fear of embarrassing herself, avoidance of leaving house or engaging in social situations, etc.
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is another possible diagnosis. I think fandom attributes it to her bc she counts her steps but this mun actually has OCD and has decided that Girl gets to come to the club and have OCD too, as is my god given mentally ill right.
